Salem Area Woman’s Club

The Salem Area Woman’s Club, part of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, is devoted to volunteerism and promoting a spirit of helpfulness and intelligent interest in music, art, literature, community improvements, international relations, conservation and vital issues of the day. The club is now in its 97th year. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month from 1 to 2 p.m. with refreshments served prior to the meeting. A committee is always searching for a place to hold the luncheons.
