NSDAR is a civic-organization of women who can trace their ancestry back to soldiers and patriots who fought during the American Revolution. The society promotes characteristics like patriotism, leadership, and good citizenship. The local chapter serves the Cambridge/Hoosick Falls region and offers scholarships and citizenship awards to local schools.
